Welcome to the Confidence After a Close Call Free Video Training

HAS A CLOSE CALL SHAKEN YOUR CONFIDENCE WITH YOUR HORSE?

If you have been around horses for any length of time, the odds are pretty good that you have seen or experienced a close call-you know, one of the situations where you didn't get hurt, but you realize that you could have.

And while you and your horse are totally ok, you are suddenly finding yourself nervous and worried when riding.

What gives?

The good news is that this is a totally normal-in fact, this is exactly what your brain is designed to do!

The even better news-with a few simple mental skills, you can shift your perspective to use a close call to boost your confidence, instead of wreck it. These skills are what Gritty Riders do differently to transform close calls into confidence building experiences.

Certified Confidence Coach
(and Buffalo Roundup Rider!)

Hi, I'm Chevy. I'm a Horsemanship Life and Confidence Coach that helps riders get gritty and develop mental skills so they can confidently go after their horse dreams. And like many riders, I've had plenty of close calls along my horsemanship journey! I have felt afraid in the saddle. I have felt nervous and anxious. I have experienced what it feels like to not be confident.

In this free online video series, you will learn what Gritty Riders do differently:

1. What to do right after a close call with your horse to wire your brain for confidence (this is essential to shifting your mindset from negative and fear based to positive and strengths based!)

2. How to retell your close call story to prevent reinforcing fear-this is where many riders make a big mistake that wrecks their confidence.

3. What to do when a previous close call comes back to haunt you so it doesn't wreck your ride.

Part 1: What to do right after the close call

Part 2: What to do after a close call when your thoughts go down the worst case, what if rabbit hole
(and tips for retelling your close call story)

Part 3: What to do when a previous close call comes back to haunt you
